Inspiration

"In therapy, you don’t just heal the mind; you empower the soul."

Upon building a private practice I considered what I felt was the most important thing. I wanted others to feel seen and feel unconditional positive regard. I wanted to see those who felt unseen, and be a light to those facing darkness. I have intentionally structured my therapeutic approach to consider research-based theoretical models, advanced emotional awareness, and spirituality. I am inspired to never limit my practice to one approach focusing on one diagnosis. I look at the complexities of what makes you, YOU.

My Worldview

Family

Therapy often explores the dynamics of family systems to address patterns that may hinder growth and healing. A strong, healthy family unit can serve as a powerful support network, fostering positive mental health, personal growth, and a sense of community. Whether biological or chosen, family is often at the core of how we experience love, support, and emotional regulation, making it an essential component of our overall mental health.

My family is something that I am proud of and thankful for. I could not do what I do, or stand tall, without the love and support from my boys. Mentioning them encompasses four lifetimes of purpose. C. E. N.
